Transform Your Life! at English Camp

We had English Camp July 10-11.  Due to the overwhelming popularity of the new Transformers movie, we decided to theme the camp “Transform Your Life” and talk about different things that change us, including a relationship with Jesus.

Because of the university schedule and the intensity of midterms, only three students came.  Two of those students, Dee and Leemer, are TLC church members.  Bawn, the other student, came on her own.  I was really proud of her for being so courageous!  In a collectivist/group society, and in Thai university student culture, people typically don’t do things by themselves- they always have a friend or group of friends.  So yay for Bawn!

Because it was a small group, we had a low-key camp, and it was still fun and a great bonding time.  It was great to get to know Bawn more, and get closer to Dee too.  Here are Dee, Bawn, and Andrew enjoying some late night Thai barbeque!

We had several games and activities, including “Sculptionary” – transform your clay into something cool!

And here we all are!

Please pray for Bawn, that God would continue to work in her heart.
