For your viewing pleasure

It’s been a wild and crazy and amazing summer, and here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure. We had two teams come to help this summer – the first team, from Evangel University, stayed for two months and taught two courses, one in June and one in July; the second team came from Origin, the young adult group at Simi Valley Church of the Living Christ in CA, and taught a special two-week course in August.  What fun we had!

This summer we were able to have THREE QUEST events, which is really great!  Our first was a city-wide scavenger hunt/amazing race type of game.  The second was a game day at a local reservoir, where we talked about how God doesn’t want us to throw away our families when we become Christians, and how the church becomes another family to us as the family of God.  Our most recent QUEST was a sports day, and we talked about how God is our strength.  Thank God for so many opportunities to share about who He is.

We had a lot of new students come to study this summer, as well as groups of returning students, which is always exciting!  There are several students who are interested in learning more about God, so please keep these students in prayer.

Thanks everyone for praying and supporting TLC English Center.  We are excited for what God has in store in the months and years ahead.  God is working!!!
